xfs starts..and dies

Specifically /tmp/.font-unix/fs7100   gotta have the pipe!  Note the dir 
and files are owned by xfs which is why the sticky bit must be set on /tmp 
, note the sticky bit is also set on .font-unix

This one doesn't give you much information in logs 
unfortunately....  personal hair loss to prove it...
