Given sufficient time, I can book a room in the library. We have a rather
nice and large HDTV that may work. We also have rooms with Data Projectors
that may work too.

:-)

If a Saturday would owkr, that is possible.

Also, during the school semester, we are open till midnight on most
weekdays (except friday). Assuming this remains the same, we could make a
tuesday at the uni during the semester.

Saturdays are also possible, but only during the semester. During summer
and vacation the library is often closed on weekends.

I would need to know which room would be best if the SSU location is to be
used. I can show Dustin (and anyone else who wants to see) the rooms that
are available. The advantage of the HDTV is that it has a DVD player, VCR,
etc, connected to the big TV. The disadvantage is that it is not as big as
what we might get from a data-projector in another larger room.

We have options here. If anyone wants to see what we have, let me
know. :-)
