Red Hat 8.0 CD problem

Here are the error messages I received when I tried to play an audio CD
in Red Hat 8.0:

Despite the complaint that the disc didn't have any tracks the system
recognized, it is a playable, commercial CD.

The DVD-ROM drive was made by AOpen.

Anyone know what is going on?
