[NBLUG/talk] SIOCSUFFLAGS

Hi, 

I saw you had post some time ago talking about
the SIOCSUFFLAGS: Device or resource busy.
I tried modprobe, etc to get rid of this error
on my new linux installation. I used sis900 module.

I got the IRQ, memory and io from win2000 about 
the NIC. But still received the busy error when 
I do network config.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
