[NBLUG/talk] RT - fastcgi or modperl

Thanks for the details Eric.  I did it with Apache2 and mod_perl2(1.99) just 
to see what's up.  So far so good, It does seem a bit sluggish but I am still 
tweaking it a bit.  I set it up as a VirtualHost to my domain.
