If this comes up in the future, there are guidelines for use of university
networks and systems since both are funded with tax money. Though I dont
have the actual words for use, they basicly state that the traffic needs
to be education related and be directly related to the university's
mission. Also, it cannot be a commercial organization or for-profit. Of
course, Dustin will check what he said he would check, but of for some
reason, SSU cannot provide what you are looking for, and you can't find a
"free" source, there are a number of colocation services. I have tried to
compile a small list of these as well as related sites on a web page.

Some require you to provide your own box, while others include a box or
virtualbox in the monthly fee.
