I may have mentioned this before, I've been thrilled with netmar.com, and so 
have many clients.
They're a technically oriented *nix house, inexpensive (starts at $9.95/mo) 
add'l domains pointing to the same directory tree are free, no bandwith 
metering up or downstream, and -- sit down for this: when you call, a Human 
Being (remember them?!) answers the phone and has access to a console to 
solve your problem.
