At one of LUGOD's recent hands-on demos, someone mentioned they were going
to install Linux on their "slow computer."

I started telling them that they should realize that when they do this,
they should realize that Linux will be slow, and not to scoff at Linux itself
because of it...  it's simply their computer.

When I asked what speed their slow machine was, they said 800Mhz.

RARRGH!  My "fast" machine is only 450!  :^P
