[NBLUG/talk] [fwd] Sonic extends free DS equipment offer

I currently have a dial-up account with an non-Sonic ISP.  
The best speed I get is 26.4 kb/s.  Sometimes only 24.
With copper that is so bad would DSL do me any good?
