[NBLUG/talk] Connecting a Linux box to a blood glucose meter

Does anyone know of software for Linux that can download readings from a
blood glucose meter and/or analyze it for trends, anomalous readings,
etc.? So far, the only such software I've been able to find is either
Windows-only or is only authorized for veterinary use (and does not
interface with a glucose meter).

And, yes, the blood glucose meter in question *can* be connected to a
computer for uploading readings into a program that, unfortunately, is
Windows-only.
