Install mplayer: http://www.debianadmin.com/install-mplayer-in-debian-sargeetch-and-sid.html (I once had a link with better instructions, but I can't find it now.) Insert dvd. From the command line run: mplayer dvd:// Works for me. I haven't taken the time to find a point-and-click GUI for the job. William
