[NBLUG/talk] VMware Linux guest recommendations

Heads-up - a Kubuntu x64 host runs an x32 guest copy of Windows much 
slower than native speeds.  Our testing in the lab shows the best speeds 
when matching x64 and x32 guests and hosts, but YMMV (especially as 
VMWare continues to release updates).
