[NBLUG/talk] Anyone used a GR64 Sony cell modem with AT&T before?

Hi All,

I have an industrial cell modem card with a Sony GR64 board on it.  I'm 
trying to connect to AT&T using wvdial.  My wvdial.conf is:

[Dialer Defaults]
Modem = /dev/ttyS0
Baud = 9600
Init1 = ATZ
Init2 = AAT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","i2gold"
Stupid Mode = 1
Phone = *99***1#
Username = *
Password = *

I get as far as the CONNECT back from the modem, but then silence, 
nothing that looks like the usual PPP chars.

Any ideas on how to get it to connect?
