[NBLUG/talk] Cheap Virtual Private Servers

After giving up on the web form, and phone calls, I finally did get in  
contact with them by responding to the email address they used to send  
the bill. At that point they were responsive.

Who the heck they are I still don't know, but I guess that's good,  
sort of. If the law comes looking for me, they will have to find them  
first, and that's not so easy.
