[NBLUG/talk] How do you handle physical device passwords?

It carries all of my passwords in encrypted, pw protected db but doesn't
itself help me log into any systems, no.

Since I refuse to use third-party "cloud" (READ: someone else's
computer) solutions like calendaring, memo-taking and address
books/contacts, I have always felt the simplicity of the default Palm
apps (besides DateBk6 which I use daily) is just right for me.

I was considering using a Palm emulator on my phone for a while, so I
wouldn't have to carry 2 devices around.. but decided against it as it
would have defeated the whole, "disconnected" benefit.

I wish someone would develop a Palm device 'reboot'. If I had the money
I'd do it myself. Something like the Tungsten C (which has its own
physical chicklet keypad) but thinner/smaller.

Does the device itself store something that allows you to more easily log in, or is it simply the place you put all of the information you wouldn't want stolen? Just curious - it's fun to hear that someone is still rocking Palm as I lost all Palm use when my N900 (and thus the Beryll Palm emulator I was using) died.
