Chris:

Here's what I place in my spamassassin configuration file to do what
you're asking for below:
# report_header places SPAM report in header, instead of body of message.
report_header           1

# use_terse_report is recommended with report_header above
use_terse_report        1

This way, all of the Spamassassin info is placed in the email's header,
leaving the body intact.
