Reconfiguring lpd permissions

After I got the updated LPRng with the non-relaxed permissions (errata for 
RedHat 7.3), I discovered that I can no longer print to my print server.  I 
looked at /etc/lpd.conf and /etc/lpd.perms on my print server, and I can't 
make any sense out of either of them.  So how do I allow other computers to 
print to my printer with the new rules?

Both my workstation and the print server are running RedHat 7.3 and are 
up-to-date with all the errata.
