OpenSSH 3.1

Thank you people. I encapped openssl 0.9.6c into the system and the
compilation went fine. I first tried recompiling openssh from source, it was
a go, so now I'm recompiling the rpm. Looks like it died, so I guess I'll be
going with the source for now. Thanks for your help.
