This is the only project i know about that's even related to upnp:

Intel's SDK has linked up a few projects using the SDK:
http://upnp.sourceforge.net/


Both apt-cache search and apt-get.org show nada for Debian packages.
Aside from google, I wouldn't know where else to look.
