[NBLUG/talk] The Ivory Coast guy is back

A while back I read about some scam by someone proporting to be heir to 
something in South Africa ...etc. that was spamming it's way around.  I 
just received it in duplicate.  What was the suggested procedure besides 
simply deleting it?
