I would tell you no such animal.  A distro is a collection of tools, apps, 
installer and a kernel.

What specific app, tool, service, kernel?  The distro may/may not be an issue.

Contact the author/packager of the software.  Give detailed information about 
platform, distro, kernel version, app version, how the bug was found.  Make 
it reproducible step by step.
