Yes, but on the Windows version of the viewer, you can right-click the top
of the window and the option to send the CTRL+ALT+DEL to the other Windows
2000 box for login is there.

If you are trying to get to the windows login box thru vnc it won't work,
CTRL+ALT+DEL on the windows box kills the vnc session.
