[NBLUG/talk] Error: Failed to setup RT_SIGNAL_LEASE

As I stated in another thread, Samba has been running very slow in
moving files from the Windows box to the RH 9 box. On a couple of days,
it suddenly went back to normal (and now it is back to slow), so I am
trying similtaneously to learn about RH Linux *and* learn about how
Samba/Linux communicate over a TCP/IP network using a NT Primary Domain
Controller.

In checking the log files for Samba, I found the entries below, but I am
not sure what they mean, so any help is appreciated.

Are these messages normal? Could they explain my network problem?
