Wishing doesn't help! :)  When you find broken sites, email the
appropriate contact and let them know.  If it's a corporate site, it can
be helpful to email the PR person as well as the webmaster.

Also, If you happen to run a browser that does user agent spoofing (Like
Opera which defaults to identifying itself as IE) turn the spoofing off.
Designers need to know that IE is not the one and only browser out there.
