"cd /etc/mail".

edit "local-host-names" and add "gv.gunsalusvineyard.com" on a line by
itself.

Then edit "access", add:
192.168.1	RELAY
127.0.0.1	RELAY
gv.gunsalusvineyard.com OK
to the file, then run "make".

Then edit "/etc/hosts.allow" and add:
sendmail: 192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0 127.0.0.1

Then "service sendmail restart" and try again.
