Network Config (was Re: [NBLUG/talk] Changed Network)

Currently it flows on one link or the other depeding on what I set the
pages for. I'm going to be building a little perl program that resides on
an outside web server and will check both links for functionality and then
randomly choose a functioning one. For now inbound http traffic goes
through the (faster) dsl and can be switched over in a matter of minutes
should that link go down. A more complex setup would be required if we
didn't have outside web server space or if I were trying to have us as a
top level domain.
