[NBLUG/talk] Permissions problem with audio device

It seems that the permissions were not the problem.  I had tested my
sound using XMMS, which was set to output sound using the ALSA driver.
When I switched to another output plugin (aRts or OSS), it worked just
fine.

Oh well, as long as it works now (and it will stay working), I'm
inclined to leave it set up this way.
