Well, as the company is outside the US, so that's not really relevant.
But the pay scale isn't anything to write home about (2600 USD/month).

Perhaps you are not aware of age discrimination laws in the United
States.  A job offer with a requirement such as

    "We are looking for someone who is under 30"

is in violation of U.S. law.  Not only can you be prosecuted for
breaking the law, but you and your company can be sued for large amounts
of money.  
Needless
to say, this is also very poor public relations for your company.  Clean
up your act.
