[NBLUG/talk] Cheap Virtual Private Servers

Anyone know of any good/cheap VPS providers that let you provide your own OS
install images?

http://www.prgmr.com/ is the only one I've found that seems to be open to
this sort of thing, and even they don't have a self-serve option for
uploading images.

AWS seems to offer the features I want, but I don't really need features
like dynamic provisioning, and am still hoping that there's something
simpler/cheaper out there.
