[NBLUG/talk] An "Open Source Tax Credit" report - useful?

Hey Derek,

Sure, I could go over the report and some of the ideas on how to
incentivize more open source development from individual developers
through a tool like an open source tax credit. The report made some
interesting assumptions and I would like to find out how those play out
in our group.
