I have this one installed:
Package: libdvdread3
State: installed
Automatically installed: yes
Version: 0.9.7-0.0sarge1
Priority: optional
Section: libs
Maintainer: Christian Marillat <marillat at debian.org>
Uncompressed Size: 201k
Depends: libc6 (>= 2.3.2.ds1-21)
Suggests: libdvdcss2, wget

I run Debian stable;
I am sure I have all the dependencies;
